AppDefender.dev by AppDefender Cyber Security Private Limited collects only what is needed to review a workspace request, operate a Client tenant, and reply to you. Last updated 5 September 2026.
This policy covers the public website, Request Access form, Super Admin, and Client Admin consoles operated as AppDefender.dev. The studio is AppDefender Cyber Security Private Limited. Write to hello@AppDefender.dev for privacy questions.
On the Request Access form we ask for what you want to learn more about, first name, last name, work email, optional phone number, company, country from the master list, Indian state when Country is India, additional details, and that you agreed to email communications.
If Super Admin grants a workspace, operators later use business email, role, and IP allowlists inside that isolated tenant. Device and threat events from a Client app stay in that Client’s Sandbox or Production catalog. We do not mix tenants.
Super Admin uses request data to create an isolated Client workspace with Sandbox first, then Production, or to answer a product question. We may send service email about that request. You can opt out of marketing email at any time by writing to hello@AppDefender.dev. Service messages about a granted workspace may still be required to operate the tenant.
We do not sell this information. Super Admin and the assigned Client Admin seats can see what they need to operate the tenant. Hosting, mail, and database processors act only on our instruction. We share data if Indian law requires it.
Access requests stay in the Super Admin queue until they are granted or closed. Workspace logs follow the environment they were produced in. We use access control, isolated catalogs, and shown-once credentials. No website can hide data from the browser that must render the page.
The public website uses only what is needed to serve pages. Consoles use a session cookie after login. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on AppDefender.dev.
Ask us to correct a request, close a request, or stop promotional email. For a granted workspace, the Client Admin owner can ask Super Admin to disable seats.
