PSP, bank UPI, and third-party UPI apps get the same gate: integrity before the collect QR, ATS Full on pay and mandate, BindDefender and SIM on the enrolled handset.
UPI Client apps are where overlay, accessibility takeover, and cloned PSP builds show up first. The Launch Security Gate scores AppDefender and CodeDefender before a collect, pay, intent, or mandate screen. A valid access token never overrides BLOCK.
ApiDefender uses ATS Lite for history and status reads. ATS Full binds collect, pay, and autopay mandate. BindDefender and MFADefender keep the session on the enrolled handset and SIM. FraudWatch flags overlay on the collect QR. Sandbox and Production catalogs never mix.
