BBPS apps
Customer, agent, and biller BBPS apps run the launch gate before a bill is shown, then ATS Full when the payment is confirmed. Agent devices get the same BindDefender path.
Bharat Bill Payment System apps move electricity, water, telecom, FASTag, and card bills. A hooked agent handset or an overlay on the customer confirmation screen is the same class of FAIL as a UPI collect overlay. The Launch Security Gate closes the session before the bill is paid.
ATS Lite covers bill fetch and history. ATS Full wraps presentment payment. KeysDefender keeps biller and notification SDK secrets off the React Native bridge. Super Admin enables Sandbox first so Makers can prove FAIL paths. Production still needs Checker review.
